Boards & Commissions

Resident Participation in City Leadership
Boards and commissions give Jackson residents a direct voice in shaping policies, programs, and priorities. Members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council, with eligibility and responsibilities defined by city ordinances. Under Jackson Rising, we encourage broad participation to reflect the strength and diversity of our community.
